본 개인정보처리방침은 단토("당사")이 개발한 VoiceScroll(이하 "앱")을 이용하실 때 당사가 수집·이용·공개하는 정보에 대해 설명합니다. VoiceScroll은 사용자의 프라이버시를 최우선으로 하며, 최소한의 정보만을 처리합니다.
요약: 당사는 사용자의 화면 내용을 녹화하지 않으며, 음성 데이터와 카메라 영상을 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 접근성 권한은 오직 사용자가 명령한 스크롤 동작을 수행하기 위해서만 사용됩니다.
1. 수집하는 정보 및 이용 목적
1.1 접근성 서비스 (Accessibility Service)
VoiceScroll은 음성 명령을 통한 스크롤, 뒤로가기, 탭 제스처 등 핵심 기능을 구현하기 위해 안드로이드의 AccessibilityService API를 사용합니다. 당사는 이를 통해 어떠한 개인정보나 화면 상의 민감한 정보를 수집, 저장 또는 공유하지 않습니다.
1.2 음성 인식 데이터 (마이크 권한)
음성 명령은 사용자 기기에 내장된 운영체제 엔진을 통해 처리됩니다. 당사는 음성 데이터를 자체 서버에 녹음하거나 저장하지 않으며, 처리된 텍스트 명령어는 제스처 실행 후 즉시 파기됩니다. 마이크는 음성 인식 모드를 사용자가 직접 켰을 때만 작동합니다.
1.3 카메라 영상 (손 제스처 모드)
손 제스처 모드는 전면 카메라로 손 모양을 인식해 스크롤을 실행하는 기능입니다. 이 기능과 관련하여 다음 사항을 보장합니다.
- 카메라 영상은 사용자 기기 안에서만 처리됩니다. 영상은 기기 내 인식 라이브러리(Google MediaPipe)가 손 모양을 판별하는 데에만 쓰이며, 판별 직후 즉시 폐기됩니다.
- 사진이나 영상을 저장하지 않습니다. 당사 서버나 제3자에게 전송하지도 않습니다.
- 카메라 화면(미리보기)을 표시하지 않으며, 촬영 기능도 제공하지 않습니다.
- 카메라는 사용자가 손 제스처 모드를 선택하고 플로팅 버튼을 눌러 인식을 시작했을 때만 작동합니다. 자동으로 켜지지 않습니다.
- 인식이 동작하는 동안에는 상태 표시줄에 알림이 계속 표시되어, 카메라 사용 여부를 언제든 확인할 수 있습니다.
1.4 앱 이용 통계 및 오류 진단
당사는 앱의 안정성과 사용성을 개선하기 위해 Google Firebase Analytics 및 Firebase Crashlytics를 사용합니다. 이를 통해 앱 실행 횟수와 기능 사용 빈도 같은 이용 통계, 기기 모델·OS 버전·앱 버전 등의 기술 정보, 그리고 비정상 종료(크래시) 발생 시 진단 정보가 수집될 수 있습니다. 당사는 이 정보로 개인을 식별하지 않으며, 수집된 데이터는 Google의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.
1.5 광고 및 결제 데이터
당사는 광고 게재를 위해 Google AdMob을, 유료 기능 결제를 위해 Google Play Billing 시스템을 사용합니다. 이 과정에서 광고 ID 및 결제 확인 토큰이 생성될 수 있으며, 이는 각 플랫폼의 정책에 따라 관리됩니다.
2. 정보의 제3자 제공
당사는 법률에서 정한 경우를 제외하고는 사용자의 정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 광고·결제·분석 처리에 필요한 데이터는 해당 서비스 제공업체(Google)에 의해 직접 처리됩니다.
3. 이용자의 권리
사용자는 언제든지 앱을 삭제하거나 기기 설정의 권한 메뉴에서 접근성·마이크·카메라 권한을 철회하여 정보 처리를 중단할 수 있습니다. 카메라 권한을 철회해도 음성 인식과 버튼 모드는 그대로 사용할 수 있습니다.

This Privacy Policy explains how VoiceScroll (the "App"), developed by Danto ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the App.
Summary: We do not record your screen, and we never transmit your voice audio or camera images to any server. Accessibility permissions are used solely to perform the scroll actions you request.
1. Information Collection and Use
1.1 Accessibility Service Data
VoiceScroll uses Android's AccessibilityService API to enable core features such as scrolling and tap gestures triggered by voice commands. We do not use this service to collect, record, or monitor any personal or on-screen data.
1.2 Speech Recognition Data (Microphone)
Voice commands are processed locally using your device's built-in engine. We do not record or store your voice audio on our servers, and recognized text is discarded immediately after the gesture is performed. The microphone is active only while you have explicitly turned on voice recognition.
1.3 Camera Images (Hand Gesture Mode)
Hand Gesture Mode uses the front camera to recognize hand shapes and scroll accordingly. For this feature we guarantee the following.
- Camera frames are processed entirely on your device. They are used only by the on-device recognition library (Google MediaPipe) to identify the hand shape, and are discarded immediately afterward.
- No photos or videos are stored, and nothing is transmitted to our servers or any third party.
- No camera preview is displayed, and the App offers no photo or video capture function.
- The camera is active only after you select Hand Gesture Mode and tap the floating button to start recognition. It never turns on by itself.
- A status bar notification remains visible while recognition is running, so you can always tell whether the camera is in use.
1.4 Usage Analytics and Crash Diagnostics
We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to improve the App's stability and usability. This may include usage statistics such as app launches and feature usage, technical information such as device model, OS version and app version, and diagnostic information when a crash occurs. We do not use this information to identify individuals, and the data is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
1.5 Advertising and Billing
We use Google AdMob for advertisements and Google Play Billing for premium features. These services may process identifiers like Advertising IDs in accordance with Google's own privacy policies.
2. International Data Transfers
Our third-party provider, Google, may process data on servers located outside your country of residence. Google provides appropriate safeguards as described in its privacy policy.
3. Your Privacy Rights
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the App or by revoking Accessibility, Microphone, and Camera permissions in your device settings at any time. Revoking the camera permission does not affect voice recognition or button modes.
